PROJECTION OF COMMODITIES GROWTH

Currently, the oil and gas sector is no longer the pride of the state budget. Now, Its contribution to state revenues is around 4-5 percent. The performance of the oil and gas sector itself continues to decline almost the last two decades, reflected in the continued decline in oil and gas production. oil and gas revenues in the APBN are practically only dependent on oil price movements. The root of the problem of the continued decline in the performance of the oil and gas sector lies in legal uncertainty or uncertainty about the rules of the original gameplan from Law No. 22/2001 on Oil and Gas.

The growth of the national pharmaceutical industry has experienced a slowdown due to the implementation of BPJS program. This is because the government through the Government Service Goods Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP) has set low prices for medicines included in the e-catalog. The Association of Pharmaceutical Companies considers that there is a wrong understanding of medicine selling, which so far has only been considered as part of the policy. In fact, medicine is also an industrial product that requires production costs such as the other products, and packaging that is often not taken into account by LKPP.

Until today, Indonesia has become the second country in ASEAN for automotive manufacturing, competing with Thailand and Malaysia, in fact, to successfully penetrate the global market, the Indonesian government and the Indonesian automotive industry must work together to face the challenges of the future automotive changes. The second challenge that must be faced by the national automotive industry to expand globally is the global issue of environment and energy.
